This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and GETTABLE S.L. (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your use of the GetTable mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any compatible device that you own or control, subject to this Agreement.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App;
• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GetTable. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

3. User Account

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
• Accept full responsibility for any activity under your account.
